Adam Sunderland, MD, and Mike Starecki, MD, recently joined Georgia-based Resurgens Orthopaedics, the Marietta Daily Journal reports. Here's what you should know.
1. Dr. Sunderland is a surgeon who specializes in total hip and knee replacements, minimally invasive joint replacements and several other specialties. He earned his medical degree from the Chicago Medical School. He then had a residency at the Henry Ford Health System, and completed a fellowship at Emory University Hospital.
2. Dr. Starecki is a surgeon who specializes in hand and upper extremity with several other specialties. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. He had a residency in orthopedic surgery at New York-based Northwell Health, and he completed a fellowship at the New York University Hospital for Joint Disease.
3. Both surgeons are eligible for the North American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
