Frank Petrigliano, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon at UC Los Angeles.
Dr. Petrigliano specializes in sports injuries and shoulder surgery, including shoulder and knee arthroscopy, shoulder replacement and knee repair.
With expertise in sports medicine, Dr. Petrigliano serves as the assistant team physician for UCLA's athletic department and head team physician for UCLA baseball, men's soccer and women's gymnastics.
Dr. Petrigliano was recognized by Super Doctors as one of "Southern California Rising Stars."
Dr. Petrigliano is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and International Cartilage Repair Society.
After earning his medical degree from Piscataway Township, N.J.-based Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, Dr. Petrigliano completed his residency at UCLA and a sports medicine and shoulder surgery fellowship at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.
