Kristaps Keggi, MD, an orthopedic surgeon and researcher at Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, Conn., was inducted into the Connecticut Veterans Hall of Fame.
Dr. Keggi is a professor emeritus and senior research scientist in the orthopedics and rehabilitation department. He graduated from Yale School of Medicine in 1959 and was a second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserve. After completing his residency at Yale in 1964, he served active duty as an orthopedic surgeon.
He joined Yale's orthopedics faculty in 1966. He treats adult patients with a focus on hip replacement surgery.
