The 12-month fellowship aids newly graduated and practicing PAs that are interested in transitioning to orthopedics, according to a March 3 press release.
The program will offer immersive training in the orthopedic environment, with fellows rotating through orthopedic subspecialties, including foot and ankle, hip and knee, shoulder and elbow, hand, spine, sports medicine, pediatrics and physiatry.
The fellowship will also incorporate leadership development, research opportunities, diversity and inclusion awareness and communication skill-building.
