The Joint Commission's Surgical Ambulatory Health Care Accreditation was awarded to Assure Holdings for demonstrating consistent compliance with performance standards, reports Biospace.
Three things to know:
1. Assure works with spine and neurosurgeons to provide services that support intraoperative neuromonitoring during invasive procedures.
2. The Surgical Ambulatory Healthcare Accreditation began Sept. 18 and lasts for three years.
3. Assure acquired IONM company Littleton Professional Reading in May, which managed around 375 spine and neurosurgery cases in 2018.
