Mina Foroohar, MD, is a board-certified neurosurgeon and founder of Arlington Heights, Ill.-based Northwest Neurosurgery Institute.
Dr. Foroohar treats patients with spine, brain and peripheral nerve conditions. She is experienced in performing CyberKnife noninvasive radiosurgery. Dr. Foroohar received her medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago and underwent neurosurgery research fellowship training at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine.
Dr. Foroohar has co-authored several articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals. She is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and serves on the Coding & Reimbursement Committee of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and Congress of Neurological Surgeons.
