Neurosurgeons Drs. James Arthur, Justin Dowdy, join CHI St. Vincent

Neurosurgeons James Arthur, MD, and Justin Dowdy, MD, joined CHI St. Vincent in Hot Springs, Ark., according to Arkansas Business.

Dr. Arthur established his practice, Hot Springs Neurosurgery Clinic, in 1981. He has over 40 years of experience.

Dr. Dowdy joined Dr. Arthur’s practice in 2016 after serving as chief resident in the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences’ neurosurgery department in Little Rock.
