James Kasser, MD, is the surgeon-in-chief and orthopedic surgeon-in-chief at Boston Children's Hospital. Dr. Kasser also serves as the Catherine Ormandy Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Harvard Medical School in Boston. He completed his medical degree, residency and internship at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston. He completed his fellowship at the Alfred I. duPont Institute in Wilmington, Del. Dr. Kasser has previously served as the president of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and the Pediatric Orthopedic Society of North America.

John Dormans, MD, FACS, is the chief of the division of orthopedic surgery at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Dormans is also the Richard M. Armstrong, Jr., Endowed Chair in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery. He also serves as a professor of orthopedic surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He earned his medical degree from the Indiana State University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Grand Rapids Michigan State University. Dr. Dormans holds a fellowship in clinical pediatric orthopedics from The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Ontario.

James McCarthy, MD, is the director of pediatric orthopedic surgery at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Dr. McCarthy holds the Alvin Crawford Chair in Pediatric Orthopedics. He earned his medical degree from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill. Dr. McCarthy completed his residency at the Cleveland Clinic and his fellowship at The Children's Hospital in Denver. Previously, he has served as an associate professor of orthopedics at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine in Madison. He specializes in pediatric hip disorders, neuromuscular disorders and spine and limb deformity.

Paul Sponseller, MD, MBA
, is the director of the division of pediatric orthopedics at Johns Hopkins Children's Center in Baltimore. Dr. Sponseller is also the department executive vice chair of orthopedic surgery. He completed his medical degree and residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He completed his fellowship at Harvard University in Boston. Dr. Sponseller has expertise in areas including hip dysplasia, clubfoot, scoliosis, kyphosis and spondylolisthesis.

Kevin Klingele, MD
, is the surgical director of sports medicine and interim chief of orthopedics at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He also serves as the director of orthopedic education and clinical research at the hospital. Dr. Klingele is a clinical assistant professor of orthopedics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus. He earned his medical degree from Ohio State University. He completed his internship and residency at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. Dr. Klingele completed his fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital. He specializes in pediatric sports medicine, lower extremity reconstruction and trauma.

Ernest Conrad, MD, is the director of the orthopedics department at Seattle Children's Hospital. He also serves as the chief of orthopedic oncology and chief of bone tumors. Dr. Conrad also serves as a professor of orthopedic surgery at the University of Washington Medical Center. He earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville and completed his residency at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. He holds a musculoskeletal tumor fellowship and pediatric orthopedics fellowship. Dr. Conrad also serves as the University of Washington orthopedic surgery division director and medical director of the Northwest Tissue Center in Seattle.

Scott Mubarak, MD, is the division chief of orthopedic surgery at Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego. Dr. Mubarak is also a professor of clinical orthopedic surgery at University of California San Diego. He earned his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in Madison. He interned at Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego and completed his residency at the University of California San Diego. He completed his fellowship at the Hospital for Sick Children at the University of Toronto. He specializes in pediatric orthopedic surgery and trauma.

Joseph Gerardi, DO
, is the medical director of orthopedics at the Children's Hospital of Central California in Madera. He earned his medical degree from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and completed his residency at the Naval Medical Center San Diego. He holds a fellowship in pediatric orthopedics and scoliosis surgery from Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas. Dr. Gerardi has previously served as the chairman of the orthopedics department of the U.S. Naval Hospital in Guam. He has expertise in fracture care, clubfoot, sports medicine injuries and scoliosis.

Bradford Olney, MD, is the division chief of orthopedic surgery at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Mo. Dr. Olney also serves as the Dr. Rex & Lillian Diveley Endowed Chair in Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery. He is the program director of the orthopedic surgery residency program and a professor of orthopedic surgery at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. He completed his medical degree and residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City. He holds a fellowship in pediatric orthopedic surgery from the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne, Australia. He has expertise in pediatric fractures, neuromuscular diseases and hip and foot disorders.

Raymund Woo, MD, is the medical director of orthopedics at the Florida Hospital for Children in Orlando. Dr. Woo is also an affiliate professor of pediatrics at the University of Florida in Gainesville. He completed his medical degree and residency at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. Dr. Woo holds a pediatric surgery fellowship from Scottish Rite Children's Medical Center in Atlanta. He has expertise in sports injuries, muscular dystrophy and spine and limb deformities.
