Hospital for Special Surgery signed a lease to establish an outpatient center in Westchester County, N.Y.
Here are five quick notes:
1. The new center will be approximately 50,000 square feet, making it the largest of the HSS outpatient centers.
2. The new center will include many specialties and technologies that have earned HSS #1 ranking in the U.S. for orthopedics for each of the past six years by the U.S. News & World Report Best Hospitals Report.
3. With the lease signed, construction is set to begin in September 2016 with an anticipated opening in the fourth quarter of 2017.
4. Hospital for Special Surgery is located on Manhattan’s upper eastside and attracts patients from 105 countries and all 50 states seeking musculoskeletal care.
