Coastal Orthopaedics leased a new medical office space in Westport, Conn., according to the West Fair Online.
Here are five things to know:
1. Coastal Orthopaedics is a member of OrthoConnecticut, a group formed in 2015 by the physicians of Danbury Orthopedics and New Milford Orthopedics.
2. The group leased a floor of the Westport Center for Health covering 38,000 square feet.
3. The new facility expands the practice's footprint; the group now includes four offices in Norwalk and one in Darien in addition to the new location.
4. CBRE's Jeff Gage and Tom Pajolek represented Coastal Orthopaedics in the transaction. Sean McDonnell of Avison Young represented Westport's owner, The David Cos.
5. The physicians and surgeons at the practice focus on total joint replacement, general orthopedics, trauma care, pediatric orthopedics, sports medicine and extremities care. The practice also includes spine and pain management specialists.
