AdvancedMD launched AdvancedReputation, a platform that makes provider's online reputation management easy, according to Markets Insider.
Here are four things to know:
1. AdvancedReputation is designed for practices to build a positive online reputation using automated surveys to gather patient feedback about recent office and telemedicine visits.
2. The platform automates and collects Google business profile reviews that serve as the foundation for provider's online reputation.
3. Following each visit, patients receive a five point survey. When a positive score is given, AdvancedReputation directs the patient to leave a positive review on the provider's Google profile.
4. When a negative score is given, the patient is invited to describe their experience. The patient's insight is posted privately on the provider's dashboard in AdvancedPM and AdvancedEHR to facilitate the resolution.
