2. Spine surgeon Jaswinder Grover, MD, founded Allegion Spine Institute, formerly named Nevada Spine Clinic.
3. Allegion Spine Institute provides outpatient surgical and non-surgical spine services in five locations. Providers offer minimally invasive surgery, advanced spine surgery, pain management, cell therapy and regenerative medicine, radiology and physical therapy.
4. Dr. Grover said Allegion's team has performed 95,000-plus spine procedures in two decades.
5. Back Pain Centers of America has been in operation since 2009.
