Malini Narayanan, MD, Charles Winters, MD, and Said Osman, MD, have begun to practice at the American Spine Waldorf, Md., location. Dr. Osman is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon. Dr. Narayanan and Dr. Winters are board-certified neurosurgeons.
Patrick Cindrich, MD, board-certified neurosurgeon has joined Frisco (Texas) Spine.

Lawrence Chin, MD, board-certified neurosurgeon and chairman of neurosurgery at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, N.Y., has established a practice in Watertown, N.Y.

Fred Scialabba, MD, and James Greenspan, MD, board-certified neurosurgeons of Glen Falls (N.Y.) Hospital Neurosurgery and Spine have formed a partnership with Albany (N.Y.) Medical Center. They will continue to see patients at their Glen Falls office locations, but have access to the medical center's larger neuroscience program.

Roland Torres, MD, board-certified neurosurgeon and previous chief of neurosurgery and neurotrauma director at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, Calif., has been named the clinical director of Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage.
