Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush in Chicago has announced that Steven Gitelis, MD, has been appointed associate dean of surgical services at Rush Medical College in Chicago, associate chief medical officer for surgery and chief of surgery at Rush University in Chicago.
Dr. Gitelis also serves as director of the Rush Center for Limb Preservation, president-Elect of the Rush Medical Staff and professor and vice chairman of the department of orthopedic surgery.
He will assume his new roles on July 1.
