Andrew Copper, MD, board-certified orthopedic surgeon, recently performed successful knee surgery on world champion ski jumper Sarah Hendrickson, according to a First Tracks report.
Dr. Cooper, a U.S. Ski Team physician, performed the surgery to repair the skier's ACL, MCL and meniscus.
Dr. Cooper practices with Comprehensive Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in Salt Lake City. He focuses on sports medicine and shoulder, ankle and knee injuries.
