The International Association of Healthcare Professionals has included Robert M. Tamurian, MD, in its publication, "The Leading Physicians of the World," which recognizes the merits of top physicians in their respective specialties.
Dr. Tamurian provides care at Tacoma, Wash.-based Multicare Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine and has a professional interest in minimally invasive total joint replacements, joint replacement revision and tissue-sparring joint reconstruction. He completed his residency at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, and he has also completed a fellowship in orthopedic oncology at the University of Florida at Gainesville. He is a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and Musculoskeletal Tumor Society.
