Andrew Feldman, MD, team physician for the New York Rangers, recently performed knee surgery on left wing Mike Rupp, according to a report from The Record.
Dr. Feldman repaired a torn meniscus in Mr. Rupp's left knee. The surgery was successful and Mr. Rupp is expected to miss four to six weeks of play while recovering. He original sustained the injury during a late October game against the Winnipeg Jets.
