Peter D. Angevine, MD, is a board-certified neurosurgeon at The Spine Hospital at New York City-based Columbia University's The Neurological Institute of New York.
Dr. Angevine is an assistant professor of neurological surgery at the New York City-based Columbia University Medical Center. He specializes in pediatric and adult spinal deformities.
Dr. Angevine received his medical degree from the New York City-based Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He was the first neurosurgeon admitted to the orthopedic spine surgery fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis.
He is also an attending physician at New York-Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. Dr. Angevine received a master's degree in public health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. His research has been published in several scientific journals.
