Terrence T. Crowder, MD, is an orthopedic spine surgeon, providing care at Phoenix-based Sonoran Spine Center. He is a member of the North American Spine Society, American Medical Association and Arizona Orthopaedic Society. His hospital affiliations include Mesa-based Arizona Spine & Joint Hospital, Banner Desert Medical Center and Mountain Vista Medical Center.
Dr. Crowder is certified by American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He has a professional interest in all diseases and disorders of the adult spine. He focuses on conditions of the cervical spine and has experience with motion-preserving technologies, including cervical disc replacement. His fellowship training also included a focus on spinal degeneration, trauma, tumors, infections and deformities.
Dr. Crowder earned his medical degree at University of Arkansas Medical School in Little Rock. He completed his orthopedic residency at Duke University in Durham, N.C. He has also completed a spine surgery fellowship at William Beaumont Hospitals in Royal Oak, Mich.
