Ronnie I. Mimran, MD, is a board certified neurosurgeon at Danville, Calif.-based Pacific Brain & Spine Medical Group.
Dr. Mimran focuses on surgical and non-surgical treatment of brain and spine disorders and specializes in minimally invasive spinal techniques. He received his medical degree with honors from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, and underwent fellowship training in minimally invasive spine surgery at the University of Florida in Gainesville, where he served as chief resident.
Dr. Mimran holds physician privileges at Castro Valley-based Eden Medical Center and San Ramon Regional Medical Center in California. He speaks Spanish and Hebrew.
He has received numerous honors and awards, including the Patients' Choice Award for seven consecutive years. He is a five-year honoree of the Compassionate Doctor Award.
Dr. Mimran is a leading educator in the field of navigated spine and minimally invasive spine surgery and has taught over 200 courses across the world.
