On Tuesday, James Nunley, MD, performed successful surgery on Duke University Blue Devil basketball center Marshall Plumlee's left foot, according to a Star News Online report. Dr. Nunley, board-certified orthopedic and hand surgeon, performed the surgery at the Duke Ambulatory Surgery Center in Durham, N.C.
Dr. Nunley specializes in sports medicine and foot and ankle surgery.
