Edgewood, Ky.-based St. Elizabeth Healthcare and its physicians are collaborating with Edgewood-based Commonwealth Orthopaedic Center to launch an orthopedic institute.
The institute will focus on providing sports medicine services, inpatient and outpatient orthopedic surgery, total joint replacement procedures, rehabilitation and physical therapy as well as clinical research. The institute will also provide athletic trainers, team physicians and sports medicine services to 16 northern Kentucky schools.
St. Elizabeth Healthcare and Commonwealth Orthopaedic Center have been working together for more than 20 years and the partnership advances the relationship.
