Jeffrey Witty, MD, joined North Oaks Orthopaedic Specialty Center in Hammond, La., according to The Advocate.
Here are four points:
1. Board certified in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Witty specializes in minimally invasive surgery, sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery.
2. Dr. Witty underwent fellowship training at Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Jackson.
3. After earning his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson, Dr. Witty completed his residency at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.
4. Dr. Witty joins six other orthopedic surgeons specializing in hand and upper extremities, adult reconstruction, trauma, spine and sports medicine.
