Dallas-based Baylor Scott & White Health System is expanding concussion services for the Frisco, Texas, independent school district through the organization's medical center in the city, according to Dallas News.
Here are three things to know:
1. The health system opened Frisco-based medical complex earlier this year in a partnership with the Dallas Cowboys, according to the report.
2. Student athletes within the school district can receive care through the medical complex's concussion program, which provides regular concussion clinics for students to be evaluated sooner.
3. The concussion program comprises a neuropsychologist, a vestibular physical therapist and athletic trainers.
