Pittsburgh Steelers' orthopedic surgeon James Bradley, MD, won The NFL Physicians Society Arthur C. Rettig Award for Academic Excellence.

1. The NFLPS recognized Dr. Bradley for his research on platelet-rich plasma and acute hamstring injuries.
2. Dr. Bradley presented his research during the 2019 NFL Scouting Combine, Feb. 26 to March 4 in Indianapolis.
3. Dr. Bradley serves as the Steelers’ head orthopedic surgeon and is a past NFLPS president.
4. He's received several honors during his career including the Allegheny County Medical Society Foundation's Ralph C. Wilde Leadership Award.
