Board-certified orthopedic surgeon Robert Anderson, MD, recently performed ankle surgery on the Los Angeles Dodgers center fielder Matt Kemp, according to an ESPN LA report.
Dr. Anderson performed the procedure to remove several bone spurs and a loose body from the player’s left ankle.
Neal ElAttrache, MD, initially examined the center fielder after he injured his ankle and declared he could not play in the postseason.
