House Speaker Paul Ryan announced House Republicans have not set a date to vote on their new healthcare plan, according to Reuters.

1. GOP leaders are re-energized with a new healthcare plan in tow, following Freedom Caucus Republicans endorsing changes to the original plan that failed to gain support in March.
2. Rep. Tom MacArthur, R-N.J., wrote the amendment "allows states to seek federal waivers to opt out of some of the law's provisions," Reuters reports. This amendment proved popular among conservatives unmoved by the original bill.
3. Moderates are still concerned about the bill's blow to Americans with Medicaid.
4. Reuters reported there is still uncertainty regarding whether the bill could garner the 216 necessary votes for the legislation to pass the House.
