Marina Del Rey, Calif.-based Commons Clinic added Long Beach (Calif.) Lakewood Orthopedic Institute to its network, according to a Nov. 1 news release.
Long Beach Lakewood Orthopedic Institute has five physicians — Andrew Wassef, MD; Christopher Combs, MD; Richard Ahn, MD; Prem Ramkumar, MD, and Brandon Ortega, MD.
"This is the future of value-based care, allowing doctors to be aligned with Commons Clinic in the transparent delivery of the highest quality musculoskeletal services," Dr. Wassef, director of Long Beach Lakewood Orthopedic Institute, said in the release. "This platform will allow us to continue to grow and provide our surrounding communities with top-notch orthopedic care."
With the integration, Commons Clinic now has 16 total physicians across nine locations.
