• Mixed, my practice is not growing significantly — 35.2 percent
• Robust, my practice is thriving — 32.3 percent
• Shaky, I'm working harder just to maintain my income — 23 percent
• Poor, I may have to close my doors in the next one to three years — 9.5 percent
