Green Bay Packers' surgeon joins Prevea Health

Patrick McKenzie, MD, an orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist and the head physician for NFL team the Green Bay Packers, has joined Green Bay, Wis.-based Prevea Health, according to a Feb. 20 report from Fox affiliate WLUK

Dr. McKenzie most recently served patients at Green Bay-based Bellin Health. He will now see patients and perform procedures at HSHS St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center and the Prevea ASC. 

He specializes in comprehensive orthopedic and sports medicine care, arthroscopic treatment and ligament reconstruction of the knee and shoulder. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Dr. McKenzie first joined the Packers in the early 1990s and received the team's Bob Harlan Leadership Award at the 2022 Packers Hall of Fame Induction Banquet.
