Irvine, Calif.-based Hoag Orthopedic Institute received Press Ganey's Guardian of Excellence Award and the Pinnacle of Excellence Award for its high performance in patient experience.
The Guardian of Excellence Award is presented annually to Press Ganey clients that consistently perform in the top 5% throughout the year, and 2023 marked the eighth consecutive year HOI was a recipient.
The Pinnacle of Excellence Award recognized Hoag for sustaining high levels of excellence in likelihood to recommend and overall hospital rating for each reporting period over multiple years, according to an April 30 news release from the hospital.
