Jason Weisstein, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon at Colorado Center of Orthopaedic Excellence in Colorado Springs.
Dr. Weisstein is also affiliated with Boca Raton, Fla.-based Modernizing Medicine, where he serves as the medical director of orthopedics.
With expertise in joint replacement and limb salvage surgery, Dr. Weisstein has taught advanced hip and knee surgical techniques to orthopedic residents and fellows at major medical centers, including Seattle-based University of Washington Medical Center.
Since 2015, Dr. Weisstein has been recognized as a "Top Doctor," by Castle Connolly.
Dr. Weisstein is a member of the Musculoskeletal Tumor Society and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and American College of Surgeons.
After earning his medical degree from New York City-based Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Dr. Weisstein completed his residency at UC San Francisco. He underwent dual fellowship training at University of Washington Medical Center and Seattle Children's Hospital.
