Felicity Fishman, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon at Shriners Hospital for Children — Chicago.
Dr. Fishman is also affiliated with Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, where she is an assistant professor of orthopedics and rehabilitation.
With expertise in hand and upper extremity surgery, Dr. Fishman serves as a contributor to the Yearbook of Hand and Upper Limb Surgery and a reviewer for Techniques in Orthopaedics as well as the Journal of Hand Surgery.
Dr. Fishman's additional specialties include brachial plexopathy, brachial plexus, carpal tunnel syndrome and congenital hand deformities.
A fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Dr. Fishman is also a member of the American Society of Surgery of the Hand, American Association for Hand Surgery, Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society and Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America.
After earning her medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, Dr. Fishman completed her residency at Durham, N.C.-based Duke University Medical Center. She underwent pediatric and congenital upper extremity surgery fellowship training at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite Hospital.
