5 medtech notes: Centinel Spine, Enovis and more

From new milestones and FDA nods, here are five key updates from spine and orthopedic medtech companies since Sept. 25.

1. Centinel Spine announced that more than 7,500 cases have been completed with Centinel Spine's Prodisc C Vivo and Prodisc C SK implants in the U.S. since 2022.

2. SpineGuard earned the FDA's clearance to release the PsiFGuard, a smart drilling device for sacroiliac joint fusion.

3. Stryker completed its acquisition of spine company Vertos Medical.

4. Medical technology company Enovis is partnering with Ossium Health to distribute viable bone matrix allografts.

5. Zimmer Biomet has ended its license agreement with Bactiguard for some orthopedic products.
