From quarterly earnings updates to payment developments, here are 10 key developments from spine and orthopedic medtech companies since Nov. 6.

1. OrthoPediatrics reported a loss of $7.9 million in its third quarter.

2. A shareholder filed a class-action lawsuit against Orthofix for allegedly misleading investors amidst its acquisition of SeaSpine Holdings. 

3. Orthofix saw a 7% year-over-year increase in net sales during the third quarter of 2024, according to financial results.

4. Foundation Surgical earned FDA 510(k) clearance for its Vertiwedge intraosseous device.

5. Acuitive Technologies earned FDA clearance for the Citrepore bioactive bone filler.

6. Spineart is opening an innovation center in Dallas.

7. CMS' 2025 Final Rule included an increased payment for Intrinsic Therapeutics' Barricaid device.

8. Remedy Logic, a radiology AI company, received FDA clearance for RAI, an AI-powered program for spine MRI interpretation. 

9. Zimmer Biomet is partnering with Arnold Schwarzenegger.
