New York-based Westmed Medical Group opened the Spine Center, which consists of a group of medical professionals working together to treat patients with back and neck pain, according to Westfair Communications.
Here are five things to know:
1. Stephen Andrus, MD and Alok Sharan, MD, are the co-directors of WESTMED Medical Group's Spine Center in Westchester County, NY.
2. Dr. Andrus specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation, and Dr. Sharan is an orthopedic spine surgeon.
3. The medical team will serve patients at various New York locations, including White Plains, Purchase, Ridge Hill, Yonkers and New Rochelle.
4. The providers specialize in orthopedic spine surgery, pain management, neurology, physical medicine, chiropractic acre, alternative medicine, rehabilitation and behavioral health.
5. The Spine Center will go over various treatment plans' results at regularly scheduled conferences.
