Edward Seljeskog, MD, was appointed to a four-year term on the South Dakota Transportation Commission by Gov. Dennis Daugaard, according to a Kota News Radio 1380.
Dr. Seljeskog is a neurosurgeon in Rapid City, S.D., and is affiliated with numerous hospitals in the area, including Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Health Care System and Rapid City Regional Hospital. He succeeds Jerry Schoener who stepped down from the commission, according to the report.
