Deborrah Hyde, MD, California's first black female neurosurgeon, will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award from The Association of Black Women Physicians, according to a Los Angeles Wave report.
Dr. Hyde is a board-certified neurosurgeon in solo private practice in the San Fernando Valley. She earned her medical degree and completed her neurosurgical residency at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland.
