Carolina Neurosurgery Spine Associates (Charlotte, N.C.). Carolina Neurosurgery Spine Associates was founded in 1940 and has 44 physicians. The practice has 10 locations.
Deuk Spine Institute (Melbourne and Titusville, Fla.). Deuk Spine Institute has four physicians, a physician's assistant and a nurse practitioner. The center specializes in laser spine surgery.
Neospine (Puyallup, Wash.). NeoSpine has four locations across the state. It also has an outpatient surgery center in Puyallup, Microsurgical Spine Center.
IntegraMed Spine (West Palm Beach, Fla.). IntegraMed Spine is operated by spine surgeon Jason Billunghurst, MD. He specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery and has extensive experience treating osteoporotic compression fractures in an outpatient setting.
The Craniospinal Center of Los Angeles. The Craniospinal Center of Los Angeles is operated by spinal neurosurgeon Brian Gantwerker, MD. The center treats conditions including degenerative disc disease, sciatica and spondylolisthesis.
