Charlotte, N.C.-based OrthoCarolina has opened a new orthopedic urgent care center in Monroe, N.C., according to a Charlotte Observer report.
The center is staffed by orthopedic surgeons and physician assistants. It offers treatments for strains, sprains, minor dislocations, painful, swollen or injured joints, pediatric injuries, cast and wound dressing issues and sports injuries, according to the report.
