- Prior to his current role, Mr. Magallanes served as CEO of the Oncology San Antonio Cancer Care Network for four years.
- Mr. Magallanes received his JD from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, where he also attended undergrad and received his MBA and Masters of Public Administration.
- Mr. Magallanes has served in a variety of public service roles for the city of San Antonio, including commissioner of the Building Standards Board, the Board of Adjustment and the Economic Development Commission.
