Generex Biotechnology Corp. signed a letter to purchase Medisource Partners, an FDA-registered distributor.
Three notes:
1. Medisource Partners supplies and distributes bone grafts and biologics from a range of companies.
2. Per the agreement, Generex will acquire all of Medisource Partners' assets, including business operations, accounts receivable and inventory, contracts and real estate.
3. The biotechnology company will acquire Medisource Partners for $1 million worth of its stock, in addition to cash and stock considerations for achieving certain sales and projections.
