Bone Biologics appointed Phillip Meikle to its board of directors, according to an Oct. 21 news release.
Mr. Meikle was most recently president and CEO of Biosystems of New England, an orthopedic distribution company that he founded and sold to Stryker. He has been a consultant for Stryker Spine since 2019.
Mr. Meikle's company was a distributor for Stryker Spine from 2002 to 2019 and for Medtronic Spine from 1992 to 2002.
Bone Biologics develops regenerative medicine for spinal fusion procedures, and has rights to trauma and osteoperosis applications.
