Aziyo Biologics promoted leadership and added new hires on its team, the company said Oct. 11.
Courtney Guyer, who joined the company in 2018, was promoted to vice president and general manager of the women’s health division, according to a news release. Jeff Hamet, who was with the company from its inception, was promoted to senior vice president of finance.
The company's new hires are Sonali Fonseca, PhD, vice president and general manager of orthobiologics and emerging business and Erica Elchin as vice president of global operations. Ms. Elchin is returning to Aziyo and previously worked as vice president of technical services.
"We believe that we are at an inflection point and these key additions and promotions, coupled with our existing team, provide us the leadership bandwidth necessary to be successful," CEO Randy Mills, PhD, said in the release. "Having worked with each of these executives previously, I know first-hand that they possess the talent, experience, and drive to execute on our strategies."
