ZocDoc released a new infographic discussing physician online reviews, which shows that 70 percent of consumers trust online physician reviews. The infographic also reports that 60 percent of consumers cite reviews as the top deciding factor when choosing a new physician online. ZocDoc offers a closed-loop review system which allows only patients who have seen a physician to post reviews, as opposed to open systems that allow anyone to post reviews, where people could post fraudulently or mistake the physician's identity.More Articles on Physicians:
