Imaging

Cheyenne (Wyo.) Regional Medical Center is the first hospital in the state to add Mazor Robotics' Mazor X system to its spinal surgery program.

Here are three things to know:

1. The Mazor X is the third robotic system to be added to CRMC’s surgical program in the past three years.

2. The system can analyze and pair images from different imaging technologies, such as matching a preoperative CT scan with a fluoroscopy image taken intraoperatively. It can also analyze images taken at different times and on different anatomical planes.

3. The 121-bed medical center employs over 2,000 people.
