Here are seven spine and neurosurgeons performing robot-assisted surgery.

Neil Malhotra, MD, led a team to perform the first robot-assisted tumor removal spine surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

Lane Spero, MD, is performing robot-assisted spine surgery using Globus Medical's ExcelsiusGPS system and Medtronic's StealthStation at The Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain.

Constantinos Hadjipanayis, MD, PhD, used the Modus V in a glioma removal surgery at New York City-based Mount Sinai Health System.

Dr. Bartolomé Oliver of Barcelona, Spain-based Oliver & Ayats Institute performed Europe's first Mazor Robotics PROlat Case.
