1. Dr. Billys will specialize in minimally invasive spine surgery at TBC.
2. Previously, Dr. Billys specializing in spine disorders and hand surgery at Tampa-based Florida Orthopaedic Institute. He also led the Tampa-based Foundation for Orthopaedic Research and Education for the past 12 years.
3. Dr. Billys is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, North American Spine Society and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
