2. Dr. Alder underwent fellowship training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn.
3. Last year, Community Howard Regional Health opened a unit for hip, knee and shoulder replacement surgery as part of a comprehensive joint replacement program.
4. Physicians at the Community Howard Regional Health's orthopedic clinic specialize in interventional pain management, nonoperative therapies and sports medicine. The hospital continues to expand its specialties offered.
5. After earning his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix, Dr. Alder completed his residency at the Houston Methodist Hospital.
