Medford-based Pain Specialists of Oregon is expanding with a new surgery center, according to KDRV.com.
Here are five things to know.
1. The Crater Lake Surgery Center will soon house all of the practice's patient procedures.
2. The practice requires additional space to perform minimally invasive procedures to treat chronic pain. Currently, the physicians are performing these procedures in an office or hospital setting.
3. The new surgery center will offer less expensive procedures for patients.
4. On average, the practice's physicians perform between 10 and 15 procedures daily.
5. The surgery center will open in late August.
